FAQ
WHAT IS UBACK?
UBack is a targeted self-release tool designed to help you loosen up tight hip flexors and relieve built-up tension in the lower back, quickly, at home, and on your schedule.
HOW IS UBACK DIFFERENT FROM A MASSAGE BALL OR FOAM ROLLER?
Massage balls and foam rollers can be great, but they’re often hard to position for the hip flexors and deeper areas. UBack is shaped to target those harder-to-reach spots with more control and less guesswork.
SHOULD I BE SHIFTING MY WEIGHT BACK AND FORTH?
A small shift can help you find the right spot, but you don’t need to roll aggressively. Start slow, breathe, and adjust your position until you feel targeted pressure—not sharp pain.
WHEN SHOULD I USE UBACK?
Any time you feel tight, common times are in the morning, after long sitting, before training, after training, or before bed. Even a few minutes can make a difference when you stay consistent.
WILL USING UBACK BEFORE MY WORKOUT IMPROVE PERFORMANCE?
It can help you feel looser and move more comfortably going into a session, especially if tight hips usually limit your range of motion. Keep it short and controlled, then follow with your normal warm-up.
